EMPOWER-EX MASTER COACHING GOVERNANCE AGREEMENT

I. SCOPE OF ARCHITECTURE: This 26-week engagement is a comprehensive "Surgical Overhaul" of the Client’s personal and professional systems. The Goal is Total Independence through the application of the EMPOWER-EX Framework.

II. FINANCIAL COMMITMENT & INSTALLMENTS: The Client acknowledges that this is a 26-week fixed-term commitment. For Clients utilizing the Installment Plan: (1) The initial payment made at registration constitutes the first of six (6) mandatory installments. (2) The Client authorizes EMPOWER-EX to process five (5) additional monthly installments automatically every 30 days. (3) This is NOT a "pay-as-you-go" subscription.

III. SESSION GOVERNANCE: Rescheduling requires 24-hour notice. Late cancellations result in a forfeited session to maintain program momentum.

IV. ASSET PROTECTION: The Master Library and Digital Vault are proprietary and for Client use only.

V. CONFIDENTIALITY: All data shared is strictly confidential between the Client and the Accountability Architect.

FOR INSTALLMENT PLAN CLIENTS:

I authorize EMPOWER-EX to charge my payment method on file for the five (5) remaining monthly installments as part of my 26-week program commitment.
